Seating list for the 2026 Awards Dinner: Scan the QRcode and save to phone for convenient reference!
Important information for 2026 Awards Dinner Reservations:
Carl E. Petrillo, Chairman of Yonkers Contracting Co., Inc. and Todd T. Semonite, P.E., USACE (ret.) will be recognized as the 2026 Member and Non-Member Recipients of the Outstanding Achievement in Construction Award, respectively, at the January 7, 2026 Awards Dinner. Leon Topalian, CEO and President of Nucor Corporation will be the Principal Speaker.
Members: Please bring your membership card if you want to wear as a name tag. Name tag holders will available; tags themselves will not be printed.
Event Floors:
4th floor: Coat Check. Take escalator up to 5th or 6th
5th floor: Cocktail Reception at 6:00pm, Westside Ballroom. Please present ticket to be scanned
6th floor: Dinner at 7:00pm, Broadway Ballroom - All guests should enter ballroom on 6th floor. There are 2 stairwells next to the far north and far south doors leading to balcony seating. Floor plan is included in the seating list.
7th floor:
Post-Awards
Reception following the dinner, Astor Ballroom, app. 9:30pm
Please provide guest names at the time of registering.
For groups 12+, please be sure to enter your guest names in priority order; guests 1-12 will be seated together, 13-24 at 2nd table and so on. A sincere attempt is made to seat your party together. However, we cannot guarantee that tickets purchased separately will be seated together. If you would like a table of 12, please purchase 12 tickets to ensure accommodation. For parties of 10, there are tables of 10 further back in the ballroom or we may seat at a 12-seater and add (2) additional guests as we fill all seats. Smaller parties will be seated with other guests. To add guest names not available at time of registration, please email

with your reservation number and indicate Guest Name Change on the subject line by December 23rd to ensure changes will appear in the seating list.
Electronic Tickets
: Tickets will be emailed (electronic) at the time of purchase to the Registrant who will be responsible for distributing tickets to guests. Guests will be required to show their e-ticket (either saved on their phone or printed) at the entrance to the Cocktail Reception on the 5th floor, which will be scanned. For purchases of 2+ tickets, you will receive a follow-up email matching your guest list with ticket numbers; please distribute accordingly.

If you submit prior to receiving your table assignment, make sure to include your reservation number provided in the emailed registration confirmation. For guests with more than one table, please fill out a separate form for each table. Once the Marriott
receives the form, they will send a secure link via Sertifi to the contact to provide credit card information. Once this is received, the Marriott will pre-charge the card provided for the ordered beverages.

Cancellation/Refund:
Cancellations must be made by December 25, 2025 to receive a refund. Please also note that
Tickets purchased between Dec. 25 - 29th are final, non-refundable and
charged an additional late fee
of $100 per ticket. Due to the holidays, the final deadline to purchase tickets is
December 29, 2025.
Seating List
: The Seating list will be emailed to the Registrant to distribute to guests and available the evening of the dinner using the QRcode that will be displayed at the venue and will be posted on The Moles' Award Dinner Event Page. A link will also be added to this Event Page.
Table number assignments will be distributed in late December. Your reservation number is provided in the emailed confirmation and also saved under your My Account tab > My Reservations for future reference.
